percy will be missed by so many people he would always help any body to the beast of his ability sny time of the day or night until he was disabled by a stroke in the year 2000. Even after having his stroke Percy was still very strong willed about getting out of hospital which he finally did after 5 and a half months.Only to get in the car and drive across to wales for his annual trip to the Country Company weekend which he was determined not to miss as he had not missed the event for the past ten years.
